SHIPPING GUIDLINES:
You must provide 1213 Gallery with a weight, size and packaging estimate for each piece of art you submit. 1213 Gallery will reimburse you for the packaging costs after the item has shipped, if you provide an estimate. If the packing or shipping exceeds these costs, you will not be reimburse more than what you estimated. If you do not provide a packaging, size and weight estimate, you will not be reimbursed for packaging costs. 1213 Gallery will estimate the shipping costs of the art and only pay for the cost of shipping.
- The artwork must be packaged according to the shippers guidelines and policies. You can purchase approved art shipping containers here at ULINE. If you package the work yourself, please read how to protect the item starting on page 15 of the UPS PACKAGING GUIDLINES.
- The artwork must be package to prevent damage in shipping and to be used again to prevent damage in return shipping.
- The artwork must be insured for full retail value for both shipping and return shipping.
- You must ship the artwork using one of 1213 Gallery's UPS service or for larger items using an authorized freight service.
- Artwork must be shipped within one week of the invoice of sale notice. Please notify 1213 Gallery immediately if you can not ship the art within seven days of the invoice notice.
